These terms cover your use of rankhq.app and the RankHQ apps at apps.rankhq.app. By using them you agree to these terms. Questions go to team@rankhq.app.

Our services

RankHQ provides SEO, AI search visibility (AEO and GEO), technical audits, website work and related services. The scope, price and timeline of any paid work are agreed with each client in writing, in a proposal, contract or freelance-platform agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

No guaranteed rankings

Search engines and AI assistants decide their own results. We work to improve your visibility and report on progress, but we can't guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level or mention in an AI answer.

The RankHQ apps

The RankHQ apps are internal tools for the RankHQ team. Access is by invitation only. Team members must keep their sign-in details private, use the apps only for RankHQ work, and connect only accounts and data they're authorised to use.

Your data and access

When a client gives us access to their accounts, such as Google Search Console or Google Analytics, we use it only for the agreed work and ask for read-only access where possible. Clients can remove our access at any time. How we handle information is described in our privacy policy.

Confidentiality

We keep client information and results confidential, sign NDAs on request, and don't publish client results without written permission.

Liability

The website and apps are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, RankHQ isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any paid work is limited to the fees paid for that work.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
